"Very clean room in ex Ellen condition. On the ground floor near the door was a little noisy."

"Clean room but had a damp smell. Went for drink in bar and must say bar man could have bedn bit happier,served beer in a strange glass, which he changed after i requested different glass, his excuse was no clean glasses ?? It wasnt busy so not sure why no clean glasses ? Reception staff lovely and polite"
